FUCKING BENCH

 

 

I walk past a plastic bag

filled with eggs in cartons

into that park

 

I think I should

take more opportunity

in places I find

in my mind

and record what

other ways to ground

 

are way cleaner than

those without

that’s what I heard said

 

on THIS

fucking bench

you sat on and against

some legend

 

only personal

two bags of food here too

under the bench, plastic bags

with bags of chips

 

protectively stashed,

all in shade beside

dapples showing through

the tree to land

 

on me and this

seat, what world

rounds up even
