ISSUE #10: THE CONTRIBUTORS

Norah Brady is a moon enthusiast from Boston, MA. Her poetry and short fiction can be found in Couplet Poetry, COUNTERCLOCK, Sublunary Review, and Blue Marble Review. She currently lives in Germany.

​

Ryan Collins is the author of A New American Field Guide & Song Book and several chapbooks. Recently he was a finalist in the Omnidawn Poetry Chapbook Contest, the DIAGRAM/New Michigan Press Chapbook Contest, the Sixth Finch Chapbook Contest, and the Conduit/Minds on Fire Open Book Prize. His work has appeared in Apartment, The Mixtape Review, Ninth Letter, Past Ten, Sink Review, swamp pink, and many other places. He hosts the SPECTRA Reading Series in Rock Island, IL, where he lives.

Sophia Craig is an English graduate student at the University of Iowa researching 19th/20th century American novels and short stories. Before graduate school, Sophia earned her BA at Purdue University where she studied English literature and creative writing. At Purdue, she acted as Editor-in-Chief for The Bell Tower, where some of her poems are published. In her free time, she enjoys procrastinating on her novel and critiquing movies with her cat. Salvatore Difalco lives in Toronto Canada.

Jessamon Jones was somehow accepted to and earned an MFA from the University of Michigan many years ago. She currently works as an employment coach at a non-profit, where she helps humans navigate the legal, educational, and discriminatory barriers to employment that other humans have created. She lives in a midwestern city where her daily tasks involve keeping her son, parents, and cat alive but do not usually involve writing.

Jaden Schapiro is a writer-cook-poet based in Poughkeepsie, NY. He/They can be found walking around with flowers and a red iPod nano. His/Their work appears in the Vassar Student Review and Creative Acts.

Alexandra Smereka (she/her) has an MFA in poetry from The Ohio State University where she was a poetry editor for The Journal. Formerly a tour guide on the Detroit River, she’s interested in what we choose to see and call attention to. She was part of Detroit Songbook’s “Song Portraits” project, and her poem from that project can also be found on the CD Sweet Dreams: Lullabies & Night Songs. She lives in Columbus, Ohio and has received support from the Greater Columbus Arts Council. Her work appears in Passengers Journal and The Adroit Journal.
